SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Non-Custom Order: 
Most items will ship within 1-5 business days, delivery generally takes between 1-2 weeks depending on location. This is subject to availability of stock. If there is an issue or delay with your order, we will contact you immediately. 
 
Custom Orders: 
Custom orders are hand-crafted for you in our warehouse. The estimated time for completion is 14 to 21 days from the date of purchase. We will contact you when the item is ready to be shipped, delivered or picked up at our store. If there is an issue or delay with your order we will contact you immediately. 
For deliveries within the State of Texas, we will contact you upon completion of your order to schedule a delivery date.

At Boxcar House, we know that furniture shipping can be costly. That is why we only charge you what the carrier charges us. There are no surprise or hidden fees in our shipping rates!

At this time we only ship within the USA!

 

In Store Furniture Pick-Up:

You can always choose the option to pick up your furniture pieces from our store.  Make sure to call 469-731-0959 at least 24 hours in advance to schedule pick-up. Please be sure to bring plenty of moving blankets and straps. 

 

RETURNS

At Boxcar House, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Our attention to detail in design, material and construction is unyielding. And so is our commitment to customer satisfaction.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

Please note that proof of purchase is required for a refund. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply. We offer a one-time price adjustment when an original sales receipt or proof of purchase is presented within 30 days of order delivery or purchase from a store.

When returning an item, please complete the information on the back of your packing slip, and use the return address label we provide. Pack your return securely and be sure to ship it via insured US Mail or UPS Ground. Retain your shipping receipt for your records.

Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we reserve the right to charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.

STOCKED FURNITURE

We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your furniture, however, please contact us at 469-731-0959 immediately. Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be refunded in merchandise or store credit only.

 

STOCKED NON-FURNITURE ITEMS

We accept returns for Non-Furniture Items within 30 days, with proof of purchase.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. Orders must be paid in full before production begins. 

MONOGRAMMED/PERSONALIZED ITEMS

These items are considered custom order items and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Final sale and clearance items purchased through Boxcar House are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

PRICING

All prices in our store and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.

ATTENTION:

There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
